Worker's Medical Restriction on Lifting Wasn't a 'Chronic Condition Impairment'

The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that a worker whose injury limited his ability to lift over 20 pounds with his left arm was not entitled to a "chronic condition impairment value." Case: Godinez v. SAIF Corp., No. 102, 03/11/2015, published. Facts: Juan Godinez worked as a siding installer for a company insured by the SAIF Corp.
