A new rule allowing injured workers to receive benefits electronically became effective on March 11, 2013.The April 2013 edition of the Michigan Register included the Workers' Compensation Agency's new rule allowing payers to make electronic transfers or direct deposits into claimants' bank accounts or debit cards.
