Langham: Two Emails I Recently Received

I recently received some interesting emails. They were both critical of workers' compensation.  I find workers' compensation fascinating. I have spent a great many years involved in the industry. I have represented injured workers, major insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, "mom and pop" small businesses and everything in between. I have tried cases, mediated and adjudicated.
