Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (MMC) on Thursday announced Peter Zaffino has been named Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter & Co., succeeding David Spiller. MMC has also appointed Britt Newhouse as Chairman of Guy Carpenter. Both appointments are effective immediately.
