Physical Therapists' Lawsuit Against One Call Moves to Federal Court

The Independent Physical Therapists of California lawsuit accusing One Call Medical and Align Networks of unfair business practices has been moved from state to federal court. The case was transferred from the San Diego County Superior Court to the U.S. District Court for Southern California on April 17. In the petition requesting the venue change, One Call and Align said their out-of-state headquarters and the amount of money at stake justify moving the case to a federal court.
