Sting Nabs 14 Allegedly Uninsured Contractors

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said a multi-unit sting operation with the Florida Financial Services and Business and Professional Regulation departments resulted in 14 contractors being arrested for alleged failure to obtain workers’ compensation coverage.
