Lawmakers from Illinois and Florida introduced a bill that they say will repeal a redundant private cause of action provision in the Medicare Secondary Payer system.
U.S. Reps. Brad Schneider, D-Ill., and Gus Bilirakis, R-Florida, said they introduced HR 8063, the repair abuses of MSP payments, or RAMP act, to end unfair, unnecessary and costly financial claims.
