Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Repeal 'Redundant' MSP Private Cause of Action

Lawmakers from Illinois and Florida introduced a bill that they say will repeal a redundant private cause of action provision in the Medicare Secondary Payer system. U.S. Reps.
