Chamber Calls Hospital Presumption Bill "Job Killer"

Legislation that would create a presumption that certain ailments contracted by hospital employees are work-related has made it on a list of so-called "job killers" released by the California Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday.Assembly Bill 1994 by Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley, is one of more than 30 bills the Chamber opposes.
