Real Estate Manager Fined for Lead and Fall Hazards

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a real estate development and management company for lead exposure and fall hazards at a worksite in Buffalo, N.Y.OSHA said in a press release that inspectors issued citations for 10 serious violations against Ellicott Development Co. following an inspection that began with a complaint in December 2012.
