A Minnesota contractor has been charged with fraudulently obtaining a federal coronavirus relief loan for a defunct construction company that had its workers' compensation insurance policy canceled more than two years ago.
Federal prosecutors said Kyle William Brenizer, of St. Paul, was indicted after he applied for and received an $841,000 loan for True-Cut Construction, a contracting company he owned.
