The Wyoming Supreme Court upheld a determination that a worker’s carpal tunnel syndrome was not related to her workplace injury and that her claim for an increased impairment rating was unsubstantiated.
Candice Reichenberg worked for Mountain Regional Services Inc. as a direct support professional for mentally and physically challenged clients. Her duties included the restraint of individuals who presented a danger to themselves or others.
