NSM Insurance Group Acquires KBK Insurance Group

NSM Insurance Group, a provider of industry-specific insurance programs and workers' compensation coverage, has acquired the assets of KBK Insurance Group. Based in Harahan, Louisiana, KBK has more than 25 years of experience as a specialized program manager in the towing and transportation industries. The KBK Insurance Group deal is the latest acquisition for NSM, which is based in Conshohoken, Pennsylvania.
