CIGA Governors, Committees Meet Wednesday

Audit and financial committees for the California Insurance Guarantee Association are holding teleconference meetings Wednesday before the association’s board of governors meets. CIGA’s Audit Committee meets at 8 a.m. and will hear a report from accounting firm EisnerAmper on fiscal year 2020 and a separate report on the association’s internal audit program. The Finance and Investment Committee meets upon adjournment of the Audit Committee, or at 8:30 a.m., and will review proposed changes to the committee’s charter and the 2021 fiscal year budget.
