The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation has accused a housing authority director and her receptionist with making a false allegation that the receptionist was injured by police who responded to a call that the officials were shredding documents during a corruption investigation, according to a report in the Lima News.The newspaper reported on Friday that arrest summonses were served on Thursday to Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority Executive Director Anna Schnippel and receptionist Cheryl E.
