The Hanford Sentinel reported today that Charlotte Chapman, 53, the former chief executive officer of Kings Industrial Medical Center in Hanford, pleaded guilty to one felony count of insurance fraud Monday.The story did not report the allegations filed against Chapman, but Griffin Bailey, 43, a Hanford chiropractor, who was charged along with Chapman, allegedly presented fraudulent work comp claims, and make illegal referrals for his own financial interests.Bailey may face additional counts of fraud, according to the story, and is scheduled to return to court on March 7.
