The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Specialty Metals Processing for five safety violations and $131,320 in penalties for failing to administer a hearing conservation program after being cited for similar violations in 2012.The agency issued the citations against Specialty Metals Processing for violations occurring at its machine tool-manufacturing plant in Stow, Ohio.
