Tower MSA Partners Names Jesse Shade Chief Technology Officer

Tower MSA Partners promoted Jesse Shade to chief technology officer.

Shade’s responsibilities will include strategic planning, developing and managing technology used by Tower.

Tower said Shade is also instrumental in the software development associated with its Medicare secondary payer compliance, Section 111 reporting and Medicare set-aside software systems.

Shade also writes and speaks on information technology and cybersecurity issues in industry forums.

Shade joined the company in 2017 as director of information technology and was promoted to senior vice president of information technology in 2019. He had previously worked for 35 years in the design and development of technology solutions in the insurance, aviation, health care, hospitality, defense, energy and banking industries.
