Congress' passing, and President Obama's signing of the latest version of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act was a huge relief to many – especially those of us in the workers' comp system. Without it, the prohibition against workers' comp policies excluding terrorism would have surely led to higher prices and less availability of comp coverage.
