Zenith Names New Chief Financial Officer

Zenith National Insurance Corp. announced Wednesday that it has appointed Kari L. Van Gundy as senior vice president for finance. She will replace Senior Vice President William J. Owen, who is retiring, Zenith said in a press release. Van Gundy will become Zenith's chief financial officer after his retirement. Since 2002, Van Gundy has served as vice president and treasurer of GenCorp Inc. a publicly traded technology-based aerospace and defense manufacturer.
