Settlement Upholds Citations Against Contractor Involved in Fatal Trench Collapse

The U.S. Department of Labor announced a civil settlement with WSC Group requiring the company to pay $50,000 in penalties for violations uncovered following an investigation into a fatal trench collapse in Brooklyn.
