Brad Owen, who was charged with workers’ compensation fraud after allegedly leaving a message for his caseworker saying he was collecting benefits to which he was not entitled after a workplace shooting.Mark Lee Owen, 39, filed a claim with the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) on Nov. 9, 2009, after he was shot in the arm while working at Kent Body, Paint and Fabrication, where he was a partial owner.
