The Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority has appointed Thomas A. Donahue III as its next executive director, the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud reported Wednesday.Donahue will take the helm of the IFPA on Aug. 5. He replaces longtime IFPA Chief Ralph Burnham who is retiring later this year, according to the coalition, citing a press release from the organization.Donahue began his fraud-fighting career in 1992 as investigator and claims adjuster for RMG Investigations in Philadelphia.
