Texas Mutual Insurance Co. said Monday it has promoted Jeanette Ward to senior vice president of claims.Ward was previously vice president of claim and information services. In her new position, she will oversee claim quality and compliance, network and medical operations, and claim operations, the carrier said.Ward joined Texas Mutual in 1993 after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
