Patriot National Insurance Group Changes Name to Guarantee Insurance Group

Patriot National Insurance Group has changed its name to Guarantee Insurance Group. The workers' compensation conglomerate officially changed its name Sept. 10, according to a Wednesday press release. The group's subsidiaries include Patriot Underwriters and Guarantee Insurance Co. The former is a program administrator, while the latter writes policies in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
