KY Sup Ct: Hearing Loss Not Excluded from AMA Impairment

The Supreme Court of Kentucky ruled that age related impairment is not excluded from AMA (American Medical Association) impairment when calculating income benefit from noise-induced hearing loss.In AK Steel Corp. v.
