Vulcan Chemicals of Witchita, KS, has earned membership in the prestigious "Star" Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) of the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). A recognition ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 23.
