Zenith National Insurance Corp. (NYSE:ZNT) on Wednesday reported a $49 million profit for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31.
That was $5.3 million, or 12.1%, higher than the same period a year ago, the company said.
Zenith made a $157.7 million profit for 2005, up nearly 32% from 2004, it also reported Wednesday.
