The Office of Judges of Compensation Claims (OJCC) will launch a series of training sessions in January to speed the closing of cases -- a problem Deputy Chief Judge David Langham blames on the antiquated computers he found when he joined the court.
Langham was appointed deputy chief judge last spring, after becoming a Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) in October 2001.
