Zenith National Insurance Corp. on Tuesday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 28 cents per share on its outstanding shares, an increase from 25 cents per share paid previously.
The dividend is payable May 12 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 28.
"The Board of Directors increased the dividend in recognition of our improved financial strength and the performance of our workers' compensation business," said Zenith Chairman/President Stanley R. Zax.
