A claims examiner in Kentucky pled guilty Tuesday to mail fraud in U.S. District Court for getting caught accepting a $25,000 kickback in exchange for promising to settle a Lexington man's workers' compensation claim for $75,000. Wail J. Lodhi, 32, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly with St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co., faces a maximum sentence of five years and a $250,000 fine.The arrest occurred October 2 as he went to pick up his kickback.
