Governor Brad Henry has selected a long-time Tulsa insurance executive and public servant to serve as Oklahoma's state insurance commissioner. Kim Holland succeeds Carroll Fisher who resigned under fire amid criminal charges and legislative impeachment proceedings. Gov.
