A Pennsylvania jail correctional officer was arrested Thursday on charges of workers' compensation fraud, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported.
County police arrested Mark Anthony Macejovsky, 46, at the Allegheny County Jail in Uptown while he worked his shift, the newspaper said, citing a jail official.
Macejovsky, of Carrick, Pa., claimed he was injured in a work-related incident and collected workers' compensation checks for about nine months before returning to work in December after he was cleared by a doctor, the newspaper said.
