KY: Legion/Villanova Instructions Pending Orders

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims, Office of the Commissioner, has issued a Bulletin to provide guidance to state Administrative Law Judges and attorneys representing claimants and/or employers insured for workers' compensation coverage by either Legion Insurance Company or Villanova Insurance Company.
