Vermont DOL Posts Rule Changes

The Vermont Department of Labor posted its final version of a proposed update to its workers' compensation medical fee schedule rule (Rule 40) on its Web site. Among the sections undergoing changes are those dealing with the definition of "charges," reimbursement requirements, durable medical equipment, various modifier codes and fraud.
