Kentucky DOL Boosts Mileage Reimbursement

An emergency regulation was filed Thursday that temporarily raises the mileage reimbursement rate to 38 cents per mile until Oct. 1.
The rate will be reviewed again and set for the fourth quarter of 2005, according to the Kentucky Department of Labor.
