I would like to see a real study as to how many injured workers there are who have complained to this faux commission and with nothing getting done by the legislators either. Many injured workers have reported a multitude of crimes against injured workers for decades and no one in state govt gives a damn. The WC system does nothing but gaming it just like the insurers. Why aren't there real injured workers advocates n this commission. The RAND speaks false data on our veterans too. IX NAY this commission. Cause exactly what does it really do but submit data to legislators who write and enact laws that go against the injured workers needs. Just another way to rig against injured workers.
