Wm. Todd Berry, an applicants' attorney in Bakersfield, has recently founded Berry, Smith & Bartell, a Professional Law Corporation, in the Central Valley of California, encompassing Fresno, Bakersfield, and Santa Maria.

Todd opened the Law Office of Wm. Todd Berry in Bakersfield in 2007, and then opened an office in Fresno in 2010. Santa Maria came along as a satellite office in 2014. Now in 2016, he has embraced two partners to become Berry, Smith & Bartell.

Jaime Smith joined Todd's firm in 2011 in Bakersfield. Timothy Bartell joined in 2015 in Fresno. Now they both have become the second and third partners to Todd as the founding partner of Berry, Smith & Bartell.

Wm. Todd Berry has been licensed to practice law in California since 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and received his Juris Doctorate from California Pacific School of Law. He's married with two children.

He began his legal career working for the Law Office of Gary M. Fachin in Bakersfield representing plaintiffs and defendants in general civil litigation matters, including products liability. He later worked for Rodriguez & Associates, one of the premier personal injury firms in the Southern San Joaquin Valley of California.

Todd worked for Yohman, Parker, Kern, Nard & Wenzel, a Fresno based workers' compensation defense firm starting in 2004. It was through Daniel Yohman, a highly respected defense attorney in the Fresno area, that he learned the basics of workers' compensation law.

She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography from Sonoma State University and received her Juris Doctorate with the highest honors from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Jaime likes to bowl and read.

Timothy Bartell has worked as a defense attorney defending workers' compensation claims at the Fresno offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly and Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi.

He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Cruz and received his Juris Doctorate with distinction from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California.

Tim likes to golf and travel.

This newly formed partnership also values three of-counsel members who are an integral part of the Berry, Smith & Bartell team.
