Peter Golden, Managing Associate Partner for Mullen & Filippi’s Redding, California office, has decided to move south, and will now be the Managing Associate Partner for our San Diego office.
With this move, Pete can claim that his work experience has covered the entire West Coast of the United States. Pete is a 1998 graduate of Seattle University. After first practicing in Washington, he moved to California, and has practiced workers’ compensation law in California since 2001. He is a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law. He joined Mullen & Filippi in 2011, and became an Associate Partner in 2013. In addition to workers’ compensation, he is also experienced in civil litigation.
We are glad that Pete has decided to continue his journey south with us, and look forward to his continued expertise as he moves into the new experience that is Southern California workers’ compensation practice.
With Pete’s departure, management of the Redding office moves to the capable hands of associate attorney Kelly Hamilton. Kelly’s experience in workers’ compensation goes back to 1987, when she worked as an adjuster for a major insurance company. Kelly started in Southern California, where she graduated from Western State University College of Law, and was admitted to practice in 1996. She has been a workers’ compensation defense attorney since 1998, moved to Redding in 2006, and has been with Mullen & Filippi since 2012. Kelly is also a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law. While the Bulletin normally focuses on new developments in workers’ compensation law, this time, we would like to announce some good news at Mullen & Filippi.
