Applicant began receiving disability payments from the Veterans' Administration on April 1, 1946, in the amount of $ 13. 80 per month. On October 31, 1962, Mr. Webinger began receiving checks in the amount of $ 20. 00 per month. On January 1, 1973, he began receiving $ 178. 84 per month, which includes compensation for regular aid and attendance. '(2) On December 22, 1967, he suffered a bruise-type industrial injury to his right foot that necessitated amputation of his leg.
