No Benefits for Worker's Adverse Reaction to COVID-19 Vaccine

The Iowa Court of Appeals upheld a denial of benefits for a worker’s adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine. Larry Driscoll worked as a water distribution manager for the City of Cedar Rapids during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
