NCCI Filing: Don't Count Virus Claims in X-Mod

The National Council on Compensation Insurance is proposing to exclude COVID-19 claims from employers' experience modifications, for rates that take effect in August and later. The Texas Department of Insurance is accepting comments on the filing through Aug. 10. Comments can be sent via email to ChiefClerk@tdi.texas.gov.
