NCOIL to Hold Spring Meeting in Little Rock, Arkansas

The National Conference of Insurance Legislators, or NCOIL, has scheduled its spring meeting for Feb. 26-28 at the Marriott hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. During the conference, NCOIL’s Workers’ Compensation Insurance Committee will meet to discuss professional employer organizations and workers’ comp opt-out programs. The committee last year decided to investigate opt-out as part of its 2016 work plan.
