Nazareth Plant Draws 3 Citations, $50,850 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued three citations with fines totaling $50,850 to VersaCold for alleged workplace safety and health violations at its former Nazareth facility.OSHA began an investigation June 8 following a complaint.As a result, the company received two repeat citations fines totaling $50,000 and one other-than-serious citation with an $850 fine.The repeat citations are for allegedly failing to properly train temporary workers on the use of industrial trucks.
