Factory Cited for Exposing Workers to Dangerous Chemical

A Bethlehem factory that makes essential oils, fragrances and flavorings has been slapped with a repeat safety violation after the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration received a complaint that workers in January had trouble breathing after exposure to an unknown odor.
