A New York appellate court upheld a determination that the driver of a black car had no further causally related disability from a 2017 accident. Case: Matter of Ghaffour v. New York Black Car Operators, No. 535472, 02/08/2024, published. Facts: Radouane Ghaffour worked as a driver for New York Black Car Operators, a self-insured employer. He suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident in March 2017. A claim was established for injuries to his back, neck and shoulders, and for post-traumatic headaches.
