Privette Doctrine Bars Employee of Contractor From Bringing Personal Injury Suit

A California appellate court ruled that the Privette doctrine barred a contractor’s employee from bringing suit against his employer’s client for his injuries from a fall. Case: McCullar v. SMC Contracting Inc., No. C093295, 08/29/2022, unpublished.
