AGC Self-Insurers' Fund Returning $27.1M in Dividends

The Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self-Insurers’ Fund announced that it will distribute a $27.1 million dividend in March. Members in 2017 with a loss ratio below 100% who remain in the program and are current on all payments will be eligible to receive the dividend. As of Oct. 31, 98% of current fund members are entitled to a return, AGC said. AGC also announced that the board of trustees declared a $17 million dividend for the 2021 year that will be added to the dividend pool.
