The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services on Wednesday proposed a 2.1% average pure premium rate increase for 2027.
Under the proposal, the average pure premium rate would increase to 92 cents per $100 of payroll from 89 cents.
The department said the increase is necessary as a result of the temporary total disability benefit increase in SB 1519.
