Nightclub Owner Charged with Defrauding Federal Comp Program

A federal grand jury returned a nine-count indictment against the owner of a San Francisco nightclub who allegedly failed to report his business income while collecting federal workers' compensation benefits, U.S. Attorney Benjamin B.
