The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that Walt Stubbings joined the agency as director of investments.
Stubbings assumed many of the duties and responsibilities of BWC co-chief investment officer Lee Damsel, who retired Jan. 31.
Stubbings has diverse financial experience in equities, real estate and commodities, the BWC said. He also has portfolio management experience with insurance, banking and private wealth management organizations in the Midwest.
